Music: I'll Kill Her - Soko
I don't think there's a real purpose for this journal. I just felt like doing one. Though I guess I have some things to talk about that are worth your time.
I want to start off by spreading the joy of Soko. I found her on YouTube yesterday and fell in love. Her music is so beautiful in its simple, crazy little way. Yes crazy. I'll put a video for you all at the bottom of this journal.
Second, I've decided to start posting some of my failed WIPs in my scraps section, because sometimes there are a few things in them worth reading, and it'll make me feel a little better about being inactive whenever I'm terribly inactive. That being said I'm only ever going to post them when I'm going through a dry spell. You'll be warned when I do.
Third of all, to try something different I've stopped using capitals when talking on MSN. Seeing the lack of capitalization reminded me of ee cummings, and I've been scraping what poetry I can find of his from the bowels of the internet, so please forgive me if I write a tribute to him and utterly fail in the future. Please.
And, finally, something I'm not sure is worth being said, but I'll say anyways: I don't think I'm going to be going back to that syrupy nature poetry I used to write. All of what I've been spitting out lately, well, I think I'm going to end up sticking to that. It's a lot more pleasing to write and won't make anyone sneeze due to the pollen of all those flowers. I like to think I've grown a bit, maybe.
Well, it's past 3 AM in the morning and I'm afraid of reading this journal tomorrow after I wake up and smarten up. I think I'll be shaking my head! Heh. I'll leave you all with a delicious quote and some Soko.

And yes, that is me. Well, it's me before I got my bangs. I'm a touch different now, I think. Heh. Which makes me think it's time for a new ID forhere and deviantART. *Sigh* I'm lazy for those things.
"got my bangs"? Does this happen to be a saying of some sort? Seeing as I am not a native English speaker, albeit my father is British, I am not aware of them all. Could you clarify this in any way?
Well, we are all lazy at some points... thank God. We need to be, too. I think we'd be brain-dead pretty soon if we would work 100% all the time.
I realize this might sound odd, but I hope you are not too offended when I say that you are rather beautiful. (No, I am not a 80 year old man. )
It's probably not good that I'm bad at explaining these things. Bangs is like, a hairstyle. When hair covers your forehead? I don't know if that helps. xP
Haha, I'm not offended. This is just one of those rare pictures of me that are complimenting. xP
